My Famous Love

My famous love.... he is always here
On the TV, always near
But at night my bed is cold
 Because he’s gone,
 yeah, he moved on...
 To greater money and success
Told me I was just a mess
Told me I would be to blame
Could never aid his new-found fame
So my body craves, drives me insane...
But there’s no need for this dull pain
He’s as lonely as I am
I fed him love, I fed him fame
But he had to change the rules, again
And while he kisses strangers feet
He only wishes we could meet
One more time, only one more time
